Hey Reader,
On Tuesday, I found Forrest fruit ice cream in the fridge.
Cos your main man, Hormozi, said 'never skip dessert'.
✓ ate half the tub
✗ didn’t read the label
Label: Full milk frozen yoghurt.
I’m lactose intolerant.
The rest is history.
Let’s leave it at that.

Now Reader, there’s a lesson there.
I speak to dozens of people weekly who struggle with their offer. Or buy into shady offers.
The 1 thing I see is they change their offer all the time.
But instead, they should stick to 1 offer.
And stack value to it. But how do you add value to your offer, melon boy?
Hold up, Reader.
What happens when you keep changing your offer (left) vs sticking to 1 offer (right).
Income level stays in the same place.
If you have 1 offer - and you work on making it more valuable as you go. Your income level starts to rise.
Alright then, smarty-pants. What's the best way to create more value for your offer? And don't you go all Hormozi on me.
PROBLEMS.
For example:
→ Weight loss.
You're a fitness coach, offering weight loss to your clients.
What are all the problems your clients encounter along the way?
Knock over all the problems in the order, like dominoes.
→ Start buying more healthy foods.
→ Healthy foods are expensive.
→ IDK how to buy healthy foods
→ I eat out a lot.

Every problem has sub problems.
But they have many solutions.
You can have many different answers to different problems.
Go over the entire process of what your prospect needs to do, to achieve your result.
Identify every problem they could have along the way.
Then go through and identify as many possible solutions.
Solve these problems ONE time.
What can you do ONE time, to help them buy healthy food? Then that applies to everyone.
(Exactly what I did with my student Alex, who booked a power hour call with me.
He’s now making $4K/mo and quit his 9-5 to enjoy life. Read the full post here).
For example.
I'll walk you through your first shopping trip.

Package this.
Distribute that to every single client who doesn’t know how to shop as part of the package.
Stack that added value.
Until you find the sweet spot of the solutions that are most time/cost-effective for you.
And increase the value for them. Go get 'em gurrrrlfren.
Lesson? Keep stacking those bricks. 1 offer. Multiple problems solved. Value goes up.
And remember. Impact before income.
PS. I added another 31 raw templates to my play book as I’m revamping it. So if you get them now, you’ll get 67 templates instead of 36.
