Oi oi, Reader, the LinkedIn guru.
STFU, and ‘ave a cuppa a tea while you’re at it. Innit mate?
For fooks sake.
“Solve problems”, “build an email list”, “target your audience”, “1 thing”, “1 that”, “personal branding”.
How about a sack of deez nuts you fool?
Get out of my sight before I egg your mum’s car this time.
I swear Reader, if I ever hear the word “solve problems” again.
Imma lose my shit and go steal watermelons from the supermarket (butt naked for bonus points). I’ll film it, so the haters don’t hate too.
That my friend. Is called rage. Every week I aim to come at you with a story and 1 emotion. This one was super fun.
How’s that for an intro? ‘Cos all the other newsletter you read bore you to shreds.
Buy this. Buy that. Buy deez.
* Heart beat resumes *
WTF is wrong with you melon boy?
Just ‘avin’ a laugh, innit.
Now, let's get into solving priorities, not problems (before you start egging me).
How I solve priorities not problems for my clients without over complicating it:
Last week, you liked the concept “solve priorities, not problems”.
But it wasn’t defined. So let’s dive in.
2 schools of thought:
Problem-solving: reactive, patchwork.
Priority solving: proactive, long term.
For example:
A bicycle tire pops.
The problem solver.
Your LinkedIn guru comes swaying in with a massive ego.

“I can patch this for you”.
Applies the patch. A temporary fix. Problem solved. You ride along. Until it pops again.
But melon boy calls out short term thinking.
The priority solver.
Outlines & quantifies your goal to win the local bike race.
Coaches you to become unstoppable. And ensures your bicycle has the materials to last long term.
You win. And become the local legend.
Let's outline an example.
Brand Development Agency
Problem-solving pitch:
“We’ll revamp your outdated logo and inconsistent branding materials.”
Priority-achieving pitch:
“We’ll elevate your market identity and customer loyalty by introducing a modern logo and cohesive branding strategy.”
Does that make sense?
(The long term game is one that takes systems, purpose and consistency. My friend Colby is a legend at that. I've learned lots following him, and wanted to share his newsletter in case it was helpful to you).
I also made a doodle, so I could properly grasp it. I'm no Picasso, but it does the trick.
By emphasizing the client's aspirations (X) and how your solutions (A, B, C) are means to that end, you resonate more with their ambitions.
This method can build more meaningful relationships with clients, positioning you as the ultimate partner in their journey toward their goals.
Kapish?
Remember.
Purpose over patched up pay-checks.
PS. This week, I showed my students how I packaged my offer that made $100,000+ in 5 months. I packaged it all up for $7.
