Hey Reader,

On Tuesday, I woke up 30 mins later than usual.

Dog walk was short. Didn’t meditate.

My partner and I were in a rush.

62 unread emails. 35+ Slack messages. 7 missed calls.

Open calendar. 12 meetings to take. Tasks to do.

I stared at Satan in the eyes. He smirked.

You motherflower.

How the fork will I manage my tasks?

It was one of those days.

But hey, solopreneurs will say “hustle bro”.

I’m a big believer that pyjamas are more powerful than Armani suits.

But no one said it would be easy.

At least I had watermelon.

This shit ain’t easy. And I’m sure you resonate with me Reader.

My favourite thing in the world is the spinner in Inception.

It acts like a mind bomb reminding you to live in the present.

Speaking of mind bombs.

Here’s how I use my “mind bomb” method to get 2-3x more clients on a weekly basis.

You end another day without finishing your tasks. But you know these actions move the needle.

You feel:

Torn. Useless. Guilty.

So you think:

“There isn’t enough time in a day to send DMs, hop on calls, write content and do client work.”

Pause for a minute, melon boy. That’s normal.

In come the “mind bombs”. They’re triggers between a common event and an action.

Example:

1. If the kettle is boiling. Mind bomb. Send 5 DMs.
2. If doom-scrolling. Mind bomb. Do 3 follow-ups.
3. If in a queue. Mind bomb. Engage with 5 posts.

These 0,01% actions compound.

And become habits that move your business forward.

Produce progress, not just profits.
